Hi! I’m Sanya. I’m a digital marketer and content strategist and I’ve spent the past 8+ years figuring out how to make complex ideas feel simple and human in order to help people take the next best action for their health.

My work has taken me from consulting to digital health to biotech, but the thread has stayed the same: understanding what matters to people and using that insight to shape how products are positioned, communicated, and experienced.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me near the ocean. I’m an avid whale watcher, marine life enthusiast and the author of Nooria and The Whale Song, a children’s book inspired by real whales in Monterey Bay. It’s part of a larger creative project focused on helping kids feel curious about the natural world and excited to protect it.
